Microsoft is adding eight titles to the Xbox Game Pass library between October 21 and November 3, 2026. The second October wave is headlined by Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, arriving October 29. Subscribers can also access new in-game benefits for The Finals and World of Tanks while several games exit the service.
October 2026 Game Pass Additions and Dates
The latest update for Xbox Game Pass brings a mix of day-one releases and established titles to the service. While Scramble Knights Online and Terrible Lizards are set for day-one availability, the broader update encompasses cloud, console, and PC platforms.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and Supernatural Mysteries
The most prominent addition to the library is Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. This RPG retells the story up to the characters’ escape from Midgar. It represents the first episode in a trilogy, with the second episode, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, having been released on Windows and Xbox in 2025 and 2026. The third installment, Final Fantasy VII Revelation, is slated for a simultaneous release on current-gen consoles and PC on April 8, 2027. The remake itself supports Xbox Play Anywhere and is cloud-enabled.
Joining it is The Séance of Blake Manor, a supernatural detective mystery set in 1897 Ireland. Players investigate the disappearance of a young woman named Evelyn Deane at a remote hotel full of secrets and other-worldly occurrences.
Other titles in the wave offer varied gameplay experiences. Sandustry allows players to explore and mine fully destructible worlds while automating complex production chains. Dodo Duckie serves as a puzzle platformer where players use a magical cap to switch between 2D and 3D perspectives to rescue kidnapped chickens. Scramble Knights Online is an action RPG set in the kingdom of Terracott, where players can slay monsters, conquer dungeons, and forge gear with friends. Pit of Goblin, an online co-op horror title, challenges players to scavenge for food to satisfy the Goblin King-Queen or risk becoming a meal themselves. Finally, Terrible Lizards, a horror parkour game, marks the debut from WDR Studios, the team behind JTMusic.
In-Game Benefits and Library Departures
Beyond the game library updates, Microsoft has introduced new perks for existing titles.
As these titles arrive, other games are set to leave the service. Subscribers have until October 31 to play games such as Deep Rock Galactic, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, and the Remastered entries for Day of the Tentacle, Full Throttle, and Grim Fandango. Further departures, including Football Manager 26 and Wildcat, are expected by November 10. The company advises users to purchase titles they wish to keep at a discount before they are removed from the catalog, though the specific names of all departing titles were not finalized in the release.
