He accompanied the link with a message urging consideration for “citizens struggling in the cold.” This sharing occurred near midnight on January 12th, according to Signal messenger conversations obtained from Kim Seong-hoon’s cell phone and presented by the Special Prosecutor for Insurrection (led by Cho Eun-seok) during a hearing on January 21st regarding the charge of ‘obstructing arrest’.
The video originated from the far-right YouTube channel ‘Young Outlook’ and was titled [Title not fully provided in source]. Yoon reportedly sent the link stating, “Everyone should think of the citizens working hard in the cold to protect Hannam-dong.” Kim Seong-hoon responded with “Thoughts of supporters.” The prosecution argues that this exchange demonstrates Yoon’s attempt to illegally mobilize the National Security Agency to hinder the arrest warrant’s execution. the ‘why’ behind this action, according to the prosecution, is to obstruct the lawful process of arrest.
