A video appeared in the Avtokadr_46 public page on the VKontakte social network, in which its author showed the flooded part of Zarechnaya Street in Kursk. She turned into a real river.
The reason is the melted snowdrifts, which no one has ever taken out on the secondary streets of the city, is not taking out, and is unlikely to be taken out in the future. One thing is soothing, these rivers can be waded in rubber boots or driven by car.
