Zelenskyy made these remarks on Sunday in his daily address to the nation, adding that Ukraine’s relations with Western partners must develop to keep the other alliance intact.

“When we talk about more long-range capabilities for Ukraine and more important supplies for our forces, it’s just a list of military equipment,” he said.

“It’s about increasing the pressure on the aggressor, which will be more difficult for Russia than it can. And it’s about avoiding a bigger war.”

The Ukrainian leader said he would follow his “victory plan” – a proposal that contains the allegedly right conditions to end the war – to ensure peace.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has been one of Putin’s key allies since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in early 2022.

The allegation is that North Korea is sending soldiers to support Russian troops published for the first time on October 11, after international media outlets revealed that senior officials in Kiev and Seoul claimed that North Korean military engineers had been deployed to help Russia target Ukraine with ballistic missiles.

The press also reported that North Korean troops were fighting in Ukraine.

The Kremlin denied the allegations, and government spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists in Moscow: “This seems like another fake news.”

Washington says Pyongyang sent more than 16,000 containers of ammunition to Russia.
