Just look at my hair (gesturing at his completely dark hair)! Gray hair starts appearing after just one week of being a coach. Coaches work up to 12 hours a day. There’s absolutely no free time. My role is to unite everything; to lead from the top, ensuring structure and organization, and keeping everyone accountable. That’s the job of a leader.
The 42-year-old Ibrahimovic ended his professional playing career in June 2023. In December 2023, he was appointed as a senior advisor to the American investment company Redbird, which owns Milan. In this role, his responsibilities include developing players and their training methods, promoting the Milan brand, and managing its commercial interests.
