Gabon: the “REAGIR” party renews its central organs – AGP

LIBREVILLE, October 19, 2024 (AGP) – With a view to renewing its executive office, the Reappropriation of Gabon, its Independence for its Reconstruction (REAGIR) party, currently led by Guy Roger Wora, interim president, has proceeded, this Saturday, October 19, at the installation of the new heads of central bodies, noted the AGP.

For reasons of resignation of certain members and non-residence in the territory for others, the executive office was understaffed, making it difficult to fulfill the party’s operating obligations, we learned.

“The executive office has carried out a reorganization which falls into two directions. The first, rejuvenation, that is to say the arrival of young people. And the second is the gender approach. It is the launch of a new dynamic which will be deployed on the ground to keep the party alive and enable it to meet future deadlines,” declared Jean Valentin Leyama, executive secretary of Réagir.

The interim president, Guy Roger Wora, reassured all members about the choice of applicants. “The choice of people that we have placed in the positions of the central bodies are experts in their areas of expertise who know what will be discussed to enable REAGIR to be a force for proposals,” he underlined.

Also, he invited the latter to appropriate the values ​​of the party which are those of tolerance, probability, work, cohesion, a sense of moderation and reason.
