Mexico is positioned as the future leader of electronic commerce in Latin America by 2030, standing out for its diversification in payment methods and being a pioneer in the implementation of digital wallets in the region, managing to consolidate a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving technological landscape, registered the platform Worldpay.

According to the projections of Worldpayhe e-commerce will experience sustained growth, with a compound annual rate of 11% by 2027.
In contrast, sales at traditional points of sale will barely grow 2%, evidencing a paradigm shift in consumer habits.
The use of cash will show a decline, with a decrease of the 4%, passing from 38% a 34%.
Today, the 28% of transactions are carried out through digital wallets, however it is essential to make strategic investments in digital infrastructure and promote entrepreneurship.
