Το πρωί του Σαββάτου τελέστηκε μνημόσυνο στον Ιερό Ναό Αγίου Αθανασίου στα Κοιμητήρια της Βέροιας με αφορμή τη συμπλήρωση τριών χρόνων από τη δολοφονία του 19χρονου, ενώ το πρωί της Παρασκευής (31/1) πραγματοποιήθηκε μνημόσυνο και στο σημείο της άγριας δολοφονίας του Άλκη Καμπανού, παρουσία της οικογένειας του αδικοχαμένου φοιτητή αλλά και πολλών ακόμα ατόμων, μικρών και μεγάλων που ήρθαν να αφήσουν στη μνήμη του λουλούδια.
Οι δράσεις στη μνήμη του Άλκη Καμπανού θα συνεχιστούν και την Κυριακή (02/02), με τον αγώνα δρόμου, με δύο διαδρομές των 10 και των 5 χιλιομέτρων.
Σύμφωνα με τους διοργανωτές, οι ενδιαφερόμενοι δρομείς των 10 χιλιομέτρων θα ξεκινήσουν στις 11 το πρωί από το άγαλμα του Μεγάλου Αλεξάνδρου, θα τρέξουν την παραλία και, μέσω της 25ης Μαρτίου, θα περάσουν από το σημείο δολοφονίας του Άλκη, στη συμβολή των οδών Πλαστήρα και Καμπανού, ώστε να αφήσουν ένα λουλούδι στη μνήμη του αδικοχαμένου φοιτητή.
Οι δρομείς θα τερματίσουν όλοι μαζί στο άγαλμα του Μεγάλου Αλεξάνδρου.
