A video of a man chanting ‘Death to the Dictator’ has been shared on social media, along with a video of an elderly woman clapping her hands and encouraging female students protesting against the hijab through traffic in the western city of Sanandaj, waving their hijabs and chanting ‘Freedom, Freedom, Freedom’.

Iran’s Education Minister Youssef Nouri responded that the country’s enemies are targeting school students and universities. Prosecutor General Muhammad Jafar Montesseri said that the authorities should be ready to deal with young people who have been misled by the Internet.

Meanwhile, Iran’s Human Rights Activists News Agency shared a video of paramilitary forces moving female students protesting against the hijab in Tehran.
