The murder of two girls, ages 2 and 5 has shaken the community of Togliatti, in Russia, after it was revealed that the alleged perpetrator of the crime would be his own 13-year-old sister.
The teenager, according to local media, would have confessed to her mother about the murder. through a text message in which he simply wrote: “it was me.”
The events occurred while the girls’ parents were away from home.after having gone to a police station due to an argument over the father’s alleged infidelity. The young woman was left in charge of caring for her younger sisters, but what seemed to be a peaceful afternoon turned into a tragedy.
Upon returning to the house, another of the daughters, 10 years old, was the one who found the bodies of his little sisters, which showed signs of stabbing and bite marks. The alleged murderer, after committing the crime, went for a walk in the nearby park, according to preliminary investigations.
The mother, bewildered, asked her eldest daughter about what happened.to which the teenager responded with a text message in which she admitted responsibility for the macabre act.
The family, which was made up of five children aged 18, 13, 10, 5 and 2 years oldnow faces the pain and shock of this heartbreaking loss. However, Russian laws state that the girl cannot be criminally charged, since she has not reached the minimum age of criminal responsibility in the country.
