64 children of dead policemen and firefighters received BGN 1,800 each for Christmas. This is part of the traditional charity campaign of the Ministry of the Interior.
“This special day reminds us of the moast significant thing - the sharing and hope we give each other. We are here for you – as friends, as a big family that remembers that your parents carried hearts dedicated to the mission to protect. They forever remain our inspiration to be better people and take care of each other. you can always count on us”. With these words, Minister of the Interior Atanas Ilkov welcomed more than 40 children and their mothers.
The financial support is possible thanks to all the donors who testify their commitment with SMSs, calls and donations, and to the employees of the Ministry of the Interior donating monthly funds from their salaries.
