BNP has announced a three-day program on the occasion of the Great Independence Day. BNP Publicity Secretary Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie announced this program at a press conference at the party’s chairperson’s political office in Gulshan in the capital on Thursday (March 21).
According to the announced program of the party, the freedom fighter rally will be organized in the capital on March 25 (Monday). The rally will start at 10 am and end at 12 noon.
The party and national flags will be hoisted at the party’s central office in Nayapaltan on March 26 at 6 am. At seven in the morning, the leaders and activists will leave for the national memorial in Savar from the party chairperson’s office in Gulshan. After paying tributes at the memorial, tributes will be paid at the tomb of party founder Ziaur Rahman in Sher Bangla Nagar of the capital.
The program will end by organizing a discussion program on Independence Day at the Engineers Institute in the capital on March 27.
BNP Vice Chairman Major (retd) Hafiz Uddin Ahmed, Joint Secretary General Syed Moazzem Hossain Alal, Organizing Secretary Syed Emran Saleh Prince and many other leaders were present during the program announcement.
