Chennai: The 10th Asian Indoor Athletics Championship will be held in Astana, Kazakhstan from 10th to 12th.

A 26-member Indian team is participating in this tournament. The Indian athletics team consists of Tamil Nadu’s Littara Dasan (60m Run), Jesswin Aldrin (Long Jump), Praveen Chitra Vale (Triple Jump), Sivasubra Maniam (Pole Vault), Arch Sana (60m Run), Rosie Meena (Pole Vault), Pavitra ( Polwalt) have been placed. Tamil Nadu Athletics Association secretary C. Latha has been appointed as the manager of the Indian athletics team.
