Najaf Club coach Abdul Ghani Shahd confirmed today, Tuesday, that the Iraqi national team will be a match for the Korean Samson.
Shahd told the (INA): “I believe that our team with this formation will be a match for the Korean team, and everyone knows that the Korean team is the real competitor to our team, and I expect a positive result.”
He added, “The most important match is the Amman-Jordan match, which concerns us. As for the Palestine-Kuwait match, it is an achievement. As for the result that serves us, it is a draw between the two teams, and I expect that the Jordanian team will win today’s match,” explaining, “The formation of our team is more realistic, as the Korean team is.” He searches for spaces and their movement is fast, so ensuring defensive depth is clear for the coach today, but we are supposed to have solutions in the attacking aspect.”
In turn, former national team star Captain Laith Hussein said: “The match’s data cannot be predicted due to its difficulty, but we hope that our national team will perform well and achieve a positive result by winning or drawing.”
