This season, buyers can get free car by buying Marcel fridge, TV, washing machine and ceiling fan. There are also guaranteed gifts of lakhs of rupees. Buyers will get this opportunity from October 10 to December 31 this year.
These things were announced at the opening ceremony of ‘Digital Campaign Season-21’ organized at Marcel Corporate Office in Bashundhara of the capital on October 9, 2024.

It was informed in the event that during the season-21, after the buyers purchase fridge, TV, washing machine and ceiling fan from any Marcel distributor showroom in the country, the barcode number of the respective product along with the buyer’s name, mobile number will be digitally registered. After that, buyers can get guaranteed gifts worth lakhs of rupees including cars through a return SMS from Marcel in a fully computerized system. The concerned Marcel Showroom authorities will explain the gifts to the buyers.
It should be noted that Marcel is building a ‘Digital Customer Database’ to bring the after-sales service activities under automation. That’s why digital campaign is going on nationwide. After the purchase of the product during the campaign, detailed information including buyer’s name, mobile number and product model number is being stored on Marcel’s server through the digital registration system. As a result, even if the warranty card is lost, customers can get quick service from any Marcel service center in the country. On the other hand, service center representatives also get to know customer feedback.
