The US presidency said the one-day visit will also include a bilateral meeting between Biden and Schulz.
The visit comes as Biden announced new US aid worth $425 million to Ukraine, during a phone call with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday.
Biden was scheduled to make this visit to Germany on October 12, but postponed it due to Hurricane Milton.
