Decision to form four more commissions for state reform

The interim government has decided to form four more commissions for state reform.

These four commissions are – Health Commission, Media Commission, Women’s Affairs Commission and Labor Rights Commission. A full commission will be formed in the next seven to 10 days.

Syeda Rizwana Hasan, Advisor to the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change and Water Resources, gave this information in a briefing held at the Capital’s Foreign Service Academy on Thursday evening regarding the meeting of the Advisory Council. Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam was present at this time.

Rizwana Hasan said, Dr. will work as the head of the health reform commission. Take it Azad Khan. Kamal Ahmed will serve as the head of the Media Reform Commission. Shireen Haque will serve as the head of the Women’s Affairs Commission. Syed Sultanuddin Ahmed will serve as the head of the Labor Rights Reform Commission.

He also said that he has received the work report regarding the increase in the age limit for entry into the service. That report is under review. The decision will be announced later. Apart from this, the education commission is being discussed. The decision to form the commission will be taken soon.

Stating that every effort is being made to alleviate the concerns of religious minorities, the advisor said at this time that their eight point demands were also discussed. The government is sincere about this, there is no reason to feel insecure because of religious identity.

He also said that rumors are being spread on social media. It is better not to bring something on social media that proves to be false. Hard times are going but constructive criticism is not a problem, but beware of rumours.

Earlier, the government published the complete gazette of Electoral System Reform Commission, Police Reform Commission, Judiciary Reform Commission, Anti-Corruption Commission Reform Commission, Public Administration Reform Commission. Finally, the full gazette of the Constitution Reform Commission was published on October 6.
