As Day.Az reports with reference to Xezerxeber.az, we are talking about residential and non-residential facilities, located in Khatai district, on Babek Avenue, Khagani Rustamov, Suleyman Vezirov and Yaver Aliyev streets. The executive power of the Khatai region entrusted the execution of demolition work to the Ramco company, concluding a contract with it in the amount of 1.3 million manats.
As for the opinions of residents about the amount of compensation offered to them in connection with the relocation, they are ambiguous.
As Xezerxeber was informed by the Executive Power of the Khatai District, houses in a number of addresses in the district were demolished, which had fallen into disrepair and had reached the end of their service life, and therefore the residents were relocated. Demolition work on Khagani Rustamov, Suleyman Vezirov and Yaver Aliyev streets continues. The relocation of the remaining residents will begin in the coming days. With regard to citizens’ dissatisfaction with the amount of compensation, the Executive Power noted that this issue will be considered by the commission, and the satisfaction of citizens’ requests will be ensured.
