Pathanamthitta: Anapapan has been arrested in the case of molesting a 17-year-old girl whom he met through the social media platform Instagram. Vishnu (25) was arrested by the Pathanamthitta police at Vishnu Bhavan in Kotarakara. The girl, a resident of Pathanamthitta police station, was being tortured by the accused for the past 3 months. The torture was done near the child’s house.
