The vehicle of an Israeli couple was robbed today (Saturday) in Qalqilya, after they arrived at the scene for shopping. Near one of the stores, the man got out of the vehicle, at which point suspects arrived at the scene and sprayed them with pepper spray, took the partner out of the vehicle and fled.
The two were taken out of Qalqilya by another man and joined police and military forces. During the incident the woman was lightly injured.
The police said: “Entry into Area A is prohibited by law and poses a danger. Many Israelis who enter these areas to shop, trade, repair their cars, dine in restaurants and cafes and more, are caught in attacks, robbery, theft, threats and miraculously rescued by security forces. In peace. Keep your safety and avoid entering these areas. “
