While the ministry did not provide specific details about the investigation, it said one of the few grounds for dismissing military personnel is the review process “for the protection of classified information.”
“Therefore, a decision was made to dismiss Lieutenant General J. Gromadzinski from the post of Eurocorps commander and immediately return him to the country,” the Polish Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
Eurocorps is a military rapid response structure made up of six main countries – Germany, France, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg – and from 2022. beginning – and Poland. in 2022 Poland went from being an associate country to a core country, which affected the structure and tasks of this multinational command.
