In the last hours, it was learned that a foreign touristwhose nationality is still unknown, was assaulted in Havana.
According to different reports spread on social networks, it emerged that this person was assaulted in broad daylight on Obispo Street on the corner of Cuba, in Old Havana.
Apparently, this tourist was attacked with a knife to remove his gold chain, and was subsequently pushed violently to the ground, causing him to break his head.
In images published on different social media platforms, it can be seen that there is a person lying on the floor, and that according to witnesses he remained unconscious for around 20 minutes “in full view of passersby and cars that passed by and did not help him,” who It would be this tourist assaulted in Havana.
This fact shows once again that there are no guarantees for tourists who travel to the island “on vacation”, while it is demonstrated that violence continues to be the order of the day in the Caribbean nation, and not even foreigners are saved from this situation.

The situation with this tourist stolen in Havana did not take long to generate reactions from Internet users, who reiterated their call not to travel to communist Cuba.
“Do not travel to Cuba, Cuba is not a safe destination,” said a user named Bonifacio.
“Those tourists are wrong if they think they are going to Cuba to pick the cheap mangoes, nothing is the same anymore, necessity is pressing and ignorance betrays, without taking into account all the work they have to deal with as a normal and natural thing. What a shame Cuba is,” added another Facebook user.
