ABB Bank Financial Group has published consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2024 as of June 30. The report reflects the results of 6 months of activity of ABB Bank, as well as its subsidiaries: IBA-Moscow, ABB-GEO LLC, Azerikard processing center, International Leasing Company and the investment company ABB-Invest.
The group’s net profit for the first 6 months of 2024 (from January to June) increased by 33 million 597 thousand manats, or 20.6% compared to the same period last year, and amounted to 196 million 801 thousand manats. During this period, the Bank accrued income tax in the amount of 50 million 315 thousand manats. The semi-annual financial reports of ABB Bank were analyzed by the international audit and consulting company EY, which provides services in the field of audit, tax and consulting.
Let us recall that as a result of the issue of shares carried out from June 11 to September 24 this year, the number of shareholders of ABB Bank increased to 35,105 people, and the share of private shareholders in the Bank increased to 7.8%.
