Lucknow: Deputy Chief Minister Brijes Mishra ordered the ‘suspension’ of the chief medical officer of Uttar Pradesh who did not show up for work for six months. BJP is ruling in UP led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Dr. Indu Bala Sharma was working as Chief Medical Officer in Amroha district here. In this, it was revealed that Indu Bala Sharma did not come to work for the last six months and received his salary. It also came to light that someone else had falsely signed the attendance register for him. Subsequently, Deputy Chief Minister Brijes Mishra ordered to suspend him from work and take departmental disciplinary action. The Deputy Chief Minister has directed the police to register a First Information Report against the persons involved in the matter.
