Today, Thursday, Minister of Education Ibrahim Al-Jubouri announced the acceptance of more than 100 Lebanese male and female students into our Iraqi institutions.
A statement by the ministry, received by the (INA), said: “Minister of Education, Ibrahim al-Jubouri, received the Lebanese Ambassador, Ali al-Habhab, and confirmed the ministry’s readiness to receive students arriving from the sisterly country of Lebanon, regardless of their numbers and the variety of their educational stages, until the current crisis ends and security and safety prevail.”
According to the statement, the Minister of Education approved the proposal to open a number of Lebanese schools in the governorates where there are foreign students in order to facilitate their studies and complete their curriculum, especially after the number of foreign families reached (11) thousand families and the acceptance of more than (100) male and female students under care and attention.
