Maysan Governorate announced today, Saturday, the achievement of advanced completion rates at Al-Batira Interchange and Junctions in the Amara City Center
Implemented by the Ministry of Construction and Housing to relieve traffic congestion in the governorate.
The project’s resident engineer, Akram Jumaa, told the (INA) that: “Work is continuing at an increasing pace on the Al-Batira Interchange Bridge and Project with a completion rate exceeding 54 percent after completing the casting of 48 columns out of 50 columns,” pointing out that “the work of the concrete pillars is almost complete.” “The work is currently underway to prepare three spaces to pour the floor of the 350-meter-long sculpture with four modern geometric curves.”
He stressed that “the project will contribute to completely eliminating traffic congestion in the stadium intersection area.”
