The actors who will play Anita and Giuseppe Garibaldi in “The Taking of Laguna” will participate in a live broadcast that will be broadcast on the Instituto CulturAnita’s social networks, next Wednesday (10), starting at 7:30 pm.

Outdoor theater show: The Taking of Laguna
The name of the national actress who will revive the story of Lagoon heroine Anita Garibaldi will be revealed during the live broadcast. The live will also mark the first meeting of the actors chosen as protagonists of the largest outdoor theatrical show in southern Brazil.
The actress has already started studying the history of Santa Catarina and is very interested in the opportunity to bring Anita Garibaldi to life. The artist’s CV includes renowned national soap operas and participation in films.
“We have already revealed the name of the national actor, Miguel Coelho, who will play Garibaldi. The time has come to tell our entire audience who our heroine’s interpreter will be”, comments the president of Instituto CulturAnita, Milton Cavalcanti.

Tickets will also go on sale
On the same day as the live, the Institute officially opens ticket sales and also reveals other details of the epic show.
“We are looking forward to it. Tomada de Laguna celebrates 25 years since its first edition and this new production will have new features and the traditional refinements that make up the setting of what is one of the most imposing open-air theaters in the south of the country”, says Adilcio Cadorin, director of the Institute.
