ALL IN Israel is controlled Adi Zim, Purchased an area of about 25 dunams in Bat Yam in the amount of NIS 400 million. On the area, Zimp is interested in erecting buildings of mixed uses – residential, commercial and office, Amounting to about half a million square meters, with an expected volume of about NIS 6 billion.
The complex is located in the old and large industrial area in Bat Yam along the Komemiyot axis, near the planned central station of the red line of the light rail and the planned metro line M3, which will connect the new towers directly to Ben Gurion Airport.
The project, known as ALL IN BAT YAM, will include 6 luxury towers, hundreds of apartments of various sizes, including apartments for rent, hotels, a mall, commercial shops, cafes, restaurants and offices, as part of a total mix of uses project that will reach half a million square meters. Residents of the neighborhood will enjoy community services including kindergartens, schools and more.
The transaction is a continuation of a series of transactions made in the past year by ALL IN Israel and Zim Behari. Future projects purchased by the group include 6 dunams of land on HaSolelim Street in Tel Aviv amounting to NIS 200 million and 80 dunams of land on Hof Hacarmel. In addition, the Zim Mountains Group is among the largest and leading in the field of urban renewal and holds about 80 projects throughout the country and tens of thousands of units that are in the planning.
