Administrative Control discusses its strategic plan to combat corruption

The head of the Administrative Oversight Authority, Abdullah Muhammad Qadirbuh, held an expanded meeting with the directors of public and subsidiary departments and offices to discuss developments in the national strategic plan for monitoring performance and combating and preventing corruption (2025-2030), and to discuss the necessary preparations to announce it officially.

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Authority, in his capacity as Chairman of the Committee, affirmed that “the strategic plan is entrusted with addressing the deviations occurring in state agencies and enhancing transparency and integrity in all its institutions, as it enjoys broad support and participation from local authorities, and international parties from corresponding bodies and parties concerned with combating corruption, which is the matter.” Which enhances its chances of success and achieving its desired goals in enhancing accountability, reducing corruption, and achieving the country’s renaissance.”

The head of the Commission called for “continued cooperation between all concerned parties to ensure the effective implementation of this strategy,” noting that “fighting corruption is a shared responsibility that requires continuous efforts and strong political will.”

Abdullah Qadirbuh noted that “the Commission will announce the plan on December 9 of this year, in the presence of local authorities and international actors in the fight against corruption.”
