Cancer research has made significant progress in recent years, thanks in particular to a better understanding of the mechanisms at the origin of the disease. Early diagnosis and better care also make it possible to better care for the population. But aging exposes us to an increasing number of cancers, and thus, worldwide, 18.1 million new cases were detected in 2018, according to WHO data.
