Reported a 17% decrease in revenue along with a net profit of NIS 220 million, during the year 2021. In the last quarter, the company sold 350 units with a cash volume of about NIS 1.1 billion.

The company’s revenues during 2021 amounted to NIS 1.11 billion, a decrease of 17% compared to NIS 1.34 billion in 2020.

Bottom line, the company’s net profit amounted to NIS 220 million, compared to NIS 103 million in 2020. This is thanks to real estate revaluations made by the company in the amount of NIS 83.4 million during the year.

In the fourth quarter, the company sold 350 units with a cash volume of NIS 1.1 billion, compared with 176 units with a cash volume of NIS 402 million in the corresponding quarter last year.

Thanks to the moves we promoted this year, we are witnessing a significant decrease in the company’s leverage.”
