Today, Thursday, Frist Deputy Speaker of the House of representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, congratulated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on hosting the 2034 World Cup.
Al-Mandalawi saeid in a blog post on the “X” platform, followed by the (INA): “I am pleased to extend my sincere congratulations and blessings to the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for choosing it to host the 2034 World Cup.”
He added, “We consider this a historic achievement for the Kingdom and Arab and Asian sports, and a success that reflects the exceptional efforts in managing this file, and a major step in strengthening the region’s position and demonstrating its ability to organize international events at the highest levels, after the distinguished Qatari success in hosting the tournament in 2022.”
He pointed out, “We in Iraq, at both the governmental and popular levels, confirm our support and support for our brothers in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and our readiness to provide all contributions that will make this global football event a success,” expressing “wishing them success in organizing an exceptional version of the World Cup that reflects the spirit of hospitality.” Arabic language, the values of peace and love, and enhances the status of sport as a bridge for rapprochement between peoples.”
