Al-Mandalawi directs to make amendments to the laws related to the Parliamentary Education Committee

Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, directed today, Saturday, to make amendments to the laws related to the Parliamentary Education Committee.

A statement by the media office of the Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives, received by the (INA), stated that “Al-Mandalawi chaired a meeting of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, in the presence of its Chairman, Representative (Muzahim Al-Khayyat), and the rest of its members.”
Al-Mandalawi stressed “the importance of the committee and its effective role during the current and previous sessions in developing relevant legislation,” calling for “coordination with the ministry and the involvement of university presidents and professors regarding the maturation of laws and decisions that contribute to developing education, improving its quality, and supporting students.”
The statement added, “During the meeting, Al-Mandalawi discussed the most prominent laws available to the committee, while he directed to expedite their study and maturity, make the required amendments to them, and submit them to the presidency of the Council to be included on the agenda of the upcoming sessions.”
