He added, “The efforts made by the Football Association are going well, as Spanish football was experiencing the same situation, but it improved after putting in place plans to achieve this.”
Tebas stated, “Iraq is a country that loves football, and its fans have a great passion for the game, and our statistics confirm this, and I am sure that Iraqi football will be in the best condition,” calling on, “Iraqi clubs must help the federation achieve its goal, especially with regard to infrastructure.” For the stadiums, and the need for them to reach perfection, because they will benefit Iraqi football financially and morally,” stressing, “the importance of working in the spirit of one team that seeks to preserve the reputation of Iraqi football, which has a bright future ahead of it.”
According to the statement, Tebas called on “the workshop participants to make the most of the lectures given to them, which fall within the scope of exchanging information,” warning that “these workshops will continue in order to develop competencies in the federation and the clubs,” noting in his answers to the participants’ questions: To many matters relating to many issues, especially with regard to the television broadcasting industry and other logistical matters.
