jpnn.comJAKARTA – Advocate Hendra Setiawan Boen believes that the alleged fraud by the couple Prabowo Soebianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the 2024 presidential election is very difficult to prove.

First, said Hendra, pair 01, Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar asked the Constitutional Court (MK) to disqualify Gibran.

However, this request has no basis considering that the appointment of Gibran as vice presidential candidate was a MK decision which was never overturned and was actually strengthened by the MK Honorary Council.

“How could the Constitutional Court ignore its own decision, whatever the controversy surrounding the decision?” said Hendra, in his statement, Saturday (23/3).

Second, said Hendra, the pair number 02 won because they received 96,214,691 votes, while the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 01 finished second with 40,971,906 votes.

Then, in third place is the presidential-vice presidential candidate pair number 03, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD who bagged 27,040,878 votes.

“Logically, with the gap or vote distance between candidate pair 02 and pair 01 which is more than 55 million votes and pair 03 which is close to 70 million, and with winning capital in 36 of the 38 provinces in Indonesia, it is absolutely impossible to prove that there was fraud and determine which province “We have to re-vote,” he explained.

“If the difference is only a million or two million votes or several tens of polling stations, it is still possible. In short, the difference in votes is too striking,” continued Hendra.
