Hamburg The online retailer and logistics group Amazon is now selling its Prime members in the USA discounted mobile phone contracts from the US provider Dish. Amazon confirmed corresponding reports on Wednesday afternoon.

Specifically, the offer is the Boost Infinite flat rate for $25 a month. In return, users get unlimited internet access, of which 30 gigabytes can be transferred per month at 5G speed. Telephone calls or SMS are also not limited, price increases are excluded. In the first month, the offer, which can be ordered up to five times per customer, is free thanks to a credit note. The Handelsblatt had already reported on the forthcoming cooperation on Tuesday.

Amazon stands for “convenience and added value,” said the group’s head of electronics, Steve Downer, in a press statement. Boost Infinite is offering an “exclusive deal” to Prime members.
