nbsp; Kuwait – INA The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad, issued today, Monday, an Amiri decree forming a new government for the country. The correspondent of the (INA) reported, quoting an Amiri decree issued today, that “the new government was formed weeks after the previous government submitted its resignation against the backdrop of a request from members of the National Assembly to vote on withdrawing confidence from the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and the Acting Minister of Information, Sheikh Muhammad Al-Abdullah.” The decree added, “Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah remained Prime Minister, while the portfolio of the Ministry of Defense was assigned to Sheikh Nasser, the Emir’s son, who was head of the Amiri Diwan. The government also included nine new ministers, including Bakhit Shabib Bakhit Al-Rashidi, Minister of Oil, replacing Issam Al-Marzouq and Nayef Falah. Mubarak Al-Hajraf as Minister of Finance, replacing Anas Al-Saleh, Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs, Adel Al-Kharafi, Minister of Health, Dr. Basil Hammoud Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Minister of State for Housing Affairs and Minister of State for Services Affairs, Dr. Jinan Mohsen Hassan Ramadan, Minister of Information, Muhammad Nasser Abdullah Al-Jabri. Minister of Higher Education and Minister of Education Hamid Muhammad Kamikh Al-Azmi, Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Fahd Muhammad Al-Afasy, Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Hossam Abdullah Al-Roumi.
