continues to sink. It seems that the rape case involving Dani Alves is very far from over, as the evidence against the Brazilian just keeps piling up. This morning (Tuesday), his story took another turn.

In a testimony published in the Catalan media and quoted in the Spanish “Marca”, another woman, who was with the rape complainant that evening between December 30 and 31, says that the 39-year-old actor previously harassed her by holding her tightly and pushing his hands into her intimate areas.

According to the local media, the testimony of the new complainant is also consistent with that of the original complainant. At the same time, there is another piece of evidence that significantly implicates Alves.

In “El Mundo” they say that the person complaining about the rape was able to describe in her testimony one of Alves’ tattoos that bears the shape of a moon, one that could be seen in the case of an intimate relationship between two parties.

Also, Alves’ versions were not uniform in the investigations. In one, he said that the complainant was the one who initiated the contact between the two, and after the judge rejected her, he replaced her with another in which he described that he was the one who initiated it.

And what about the punishments he faces? If convicted of the acts, the Brazilian star could go behind bars for a period between 4 and 12 years.
