Kyiv ∙ Russia launched a powerful attack on Ukraine. Ukraine’s military said 69 missiles were fired at various cities, including the capital, Kyiv. The army also stated that 54 of them were destroyed. The simultaneous missile attack from land and sea lasted for five hours.
Several people, including a 14-year-old girl, were injured. Apart from Kiev, the Russian missile also hit the cities of Harkiv, Odesa and Lviv. This is the biggest attack since the start of the war. Ukraine also alleged that the attack targeted infrastructure including power plants.
