The police have seized the body of a 25-year-old man who was found lying on the railway tracks in Koilandi area of ​​Kerala’s Kozhikode district and conducted an investigation.

In this, there was an argument between two passengers who were traveling in the Malabar Express train from Mangalore Central Railway Station to Thiruvananthapuram Central.

In the conflict, a fellow passenger was pushed down from the train. In this incident, the police arrested Sonaimuthu (48 years old) from Sivagangai district of Tamil Nadu and interrogated him. In this, he admitted the truth.

The police also seized a video of this. In it, there are scenes where the two people are arguing. In this, the arrested passenger pushes away a fellow passenger standing by the door in anger.

Based on the video evidence, the police have taken the person into custody and are continuing the investigation. It is said that the accused was intoxicated at the time of the incident. During the investigation, he said that he did not know who the person was and that he was a person he met during the journey. However, he did not give any reason for pushing the youth away.

Police have concluded that the unidentified youth is a migrant worker and the investigation is ongoing.

Another similar incident took place in Kozhikode last month. Vivek, a migrant worker from Uttar Pradesh, was killed when he was pushed down by his friend Mubadur Islam while traveling on the Kannur Ernakulam Intercity Express.

Shocked fellow passengers immediately informed the police. The police arrested the man at Vadakara railway station.
