John Van Sip: Each of my experiences has taught me valuable lessons about teamwork, discipline, and strategic thinking. At Ajax, I learned the importance of developing young talent, while at clubs like Chivas and Melbourne Heart, I honed my adaptability to different playing styles and cultures. I aim to bring a balanced approach that optimizes player strengths and fosters a winning mentality at PAE aris.

John Van Sip: Michalis and I have a shared philosophy regarding player progress and game strategy. John Van Sip: My immediate goal is to instill a sense of confidence and belief in the players ahead of our match against Panserraikos. We need to analyze their strengths and weaknesses thoroughly and develop a game plan that maximizes our potential. For the rest of the season, I aim to establish a competitive teamwork dynamic and improve our league standing, ensuring the club’s aspirations align with our performance on the pitch.
