Ohad Kadusi (Jonathan Ginzburg)
AS Ashdod has recently made headlines because two of its members are suspected of attacking Rishon Lezion coach Ismail Amer, but the team from the national team is also complicated on another level, when a Ohad Kadusi recently waged a legal battle against them. The judge, attorney Noam Lubin, punished the group from the port, which could face up to another heavy penalty following the attack.
It will be recalled that Kadusi won his lawsuit against the group, when the lawyer representing him, Eyal Yaffe, claimed that the parties were not close to a settlement and that Ashdod should be punished with the full severity of the law. The group chose not to comment on the matter and admitted that five months since the arbitration award did not uphold the decision even though it was given an opportunity.
Following this, it was decided on an actual fine of NIS 15,000 for the group, when it will be given a period of ten days, up to 2.3, to pay the debt of Ohad Kadusi or reach an arrangement with him. In any case of re-conviction on the subject, related to the manner in which the arbitral award is enforced, the terms of the group’s activity will be discontinued until the end of the season.
