Accompanied by the pop ensemble of the Gyanjin State Philharmonic, Emin Sabitog’s favorite compositions will be played – “Shukriyyə”, “Bakı, sabahın xeyir”, “Uzak yashıl ada”, “Payız gəldi”, “Aman ayrylyk” and others.

Emin Sabitoglu (Emin Sabit oglu Mahmudov, 02.11.1937 – 18.11.2000) is the author of many works in different musical genres – a symphony, three symphonic poems, three cantatas, a string quartet and poems for violin and piano, nine musical comedies, more than 600 songs . He wrote a large number of works for cinema and theater. The songs he wrote, “Dyaryalar”, “Ag Chichek”, “Fisherman’s Song”, “Gilavar”, “Tea”, “Baki, Sabakhyn Kheir”, “Akhtar syan myani”, “Airylma menden”, are very popular to this day. “Syanin uchun”, “Ayrylyg bir denizmish”, “Shukriya”, “Alagezlum” and other songs, as well as the operetta “Hijran”. An important place in his work is occupied by music written for feature films, including “I Can’t Forget”, “Baladadash’s First Love”, “Birthday”, “The Day Has Passed”, “Interrogation”, “Takhmina”, “Dede Gorgud” , “Our teacher Jabish” (or “I remember you, teacher”), “The groom was stolen”, etc.
