Today’s agenda is the examination of witnesses and evidence.
“Today’s agenda is examination of evidence and witnesses or evidentiary agenda. Evidence and 2 witnesses from relatives of both parties have been submitted.”
“The agenda for proving witnesses and documents has been completed. The trial will continue next week,” said Asri Welas’ attorney, Sifra Panggabean at PA Depok, West Java, Tuesday.
The two witnesses present at the conference were the driver and the assistant.
The two witnesses provided their statements regarding the Galiech and Asri Welas households.
Including the quarrel that occurred between the husband and wife.

“The panel also asked whether Mas Galiech often visits the children’s homes? The answer is yes, he still often goes home,” said Sifra.
“That’s all it takes to verify the contents of the lawsuit, that they have indeed separated from each other and there have been quarrels,” he continued.
On the same occasion, Galiech Ridha admitted that he did not object to what the witnesses said.
Because this statement is in accordance with what the witnesses saw.
“No, they’re witnesses who see us every day so there’s nothing incriminating. That’s what it is, we often bicker, it’s from the driver, you know, the assistant knows so it’s not incriminating because it’s like that,” said Galiech .
He did not deny that the two witnesses had seen him and Asri Welas arguing, even though they did not know the details of the matter.
“You could say that. They can hear it, but they don’t know the details,” Galiech said.
