The prosecutor’s office of the Sovetsky district of Astrakhan revealed publications of a local resident on social networks, in which he spoke obscenely against police officers, negatively assessed their actions, as well as business and personal qualities.
In this regard, according to the materials of the inspection, by a decision of the Sovetsky District Court, the man was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 3 of Art. 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. He was fined 100,000 rubles.
According to the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office, the regional court left the decision unchanged. It took effect.
