At the competition, the exercise with clubs turned out better than in training.
Azada Atakishiyeva, a participant in the 29th Azerbaijan Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship, a student of the Ojag Sport club, told Trend about this on Friday, Day.Az reports.
“I’m very pleased with my performance at the competition. The best thing I did was the exercise with clubs. The program is difficult, in training it was not always possible to complete it without mistakes, but today I pulled myself together and did everything well. I think the coach will also be pleased,” noted the young gymnast.
Azada Atakishieva admitted that she takes great pleasure in performing in the hall of the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku.
“The atmosphere here is wonderful, the decoration of the hall is beautiful,” she added.
It should be noted that the competitions of the 29th Azerbaijan Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship are being held at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku on March 21-23. Pupils of the “Ojag Sports” club, the Specialized Children and Youth School of the Olympic Reserve in Gymnastics, the Republican Complex Sports School, the “Grasiya” sports club, the “Kur” Olympic Training and Sports Center, the Ganja City Olympic Sports Club, and the “Cultural Center” take part in the competition. Zira” and the Olympic Sports Complex in Sumgayit.
The Azerbaijan Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship is held in the age categories of “pre-juniors” (born in 2011), “juniors” (born in 2009-2010) and “adults” (born in 2008 and older).
