The First Armenian Front fan movement of the Armenian national team, FAF, issued a statement stating that during the meeting, one of the clubs participating in the 1st group championship of Armenia is planning to dismiss FFA president Armen Melikbekyan by expressing no confidence.
“Given that the recent progress of Armenian football is outstanding, the national team has finally been entrusted with an experienced coach, and the performances of the national football and futsal teams were among the unique events that brought joy to the Armenian nation during the difficult, coronavirus and war years, we consider this initiative absurd and our support We inform the acting president of the FFA, Armen Melikbekyan, expressing our readiness to disrupt the next manifestation of taking Armenian football to adventure and destabilization by all possible means.
We would like to emphasize once again that narrow personal interests and ambitions should have no place in Armenian football, and the future of our football should be decided by its real beneficiaries,” said the statement issued by the FAF.
