The national men’s cricket team is playing against Sri Lanka in Chittagong, but the security at Mirpur’s Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium is the only reason the Australian women’s team is coming to the home of cricket for the first time.

Australia women’s team is staying in Dhaka to play ODI series and T20 series against Bangladesh in ICC Women’s Championship. The members of the group set foot in Dhaka several times. Ellis Perry reached Dhaka after playing the last IPL final.

While the coach-managers were busy visiting the cricketers’ training grounds, the Australian girls were playing football in a corner of Sher-e-Bangla. At the end of the warm-up, they gradually improved their batting-bowling in the net.

The game will start with ODI matches on March 21 and will end on April 4. The second and third ODIs will be held between March 24 and 27. The first T20 will start on March 31. The second match will be on April 2. The ODI matches will start at 9.30 am. T20 at 12 noon. All the matches will be in Mirpur.
