The little girl, identifiable by her “dark blue flat shoes with white soles”, is the only motorcyclist visible when Gérard Depardieu makes his comments. The bailiff then rejects the hypothesis of confusion with another rider.
Comments cut while editing
Even more shocking, the report reveals that some of the actor’s remarks, which were cut during the show’s editing, were even more crude. In addition to the controversial phrase “If she ever gallops, she enjoys it”, Depardieu would have added: “No, but if she gallops it, she wets it, she enjoys it… those who take the salt route, or the crazy ones who are on horseback, their clitoris rubs against the top of the saddle. These comments, voluntarily excluded by France Télévisions for editorial reasons, appear in the raw images analyzed by the bailiff.
The case then takes a new turn as the trial against Gérard Depardieu for acts of sexual violence will open before the Paris Criminal Court on 28 October. This damning complaint could weigh heavily on the actor’s defense, already called into question by several testimonies.
