The basketball champion “Balkan” (Botevgrad) supported the charity campaign in support of former player Iliya Stankov. The club announced that all revenue from the tickets for the meeting with “Chernomorets” on Monday will be donated to him.
“Ilia Stankov, a former professional basketball player, is known to many as a dedicated sportsman and a loving father. He is a product of the Balkan school, became the champion of Bulgaria with the club’s juniors in 1994 and played for the men’s team before moving to “Levski”, and then in “Spartak”, wrote from “Balkan” on their official Facebook page.
